SIG Stereokorrektur

Die Special Interest Group Stereokorrektur soll sich mit allen technischen (theoretischen) Aspekten der automatischen Korrektur von Stereobildern und Stereovideos befassen. Diese SIG hat bisher noch nicht begonnen.

Geplant ist eine systematische Erfassung der zu diesen Themen erhältlichen Literatur sowie eine Diskussion der unterschiedlichen konkurrierenden Methoden.

Der Gründer dieser SIG ist der Autor der Korrektursoftware Cosima. Um eine möglichst große internationale Wahrnehmung zu erreichen, wird erwogen, innerhalb dieser SIG in Englisch zu kommunizieren - immerhin sind über 90% der bisher gesammelten Literatur auf Englisch erschienen.

SIG Stereo correction

The Special Interest Group stereo correction deals with all theoretical aspects of the automatic correction of stereo images and stereo videos. This SIG has not yet begun.

The plan is a systematic survey of the literature available on these topics as well as a discussion of the various competing methods.

The founder of this SIG is the author of the correction software Cosima. To achieve the greatest possible international perception, it is considered to communicate within this SIG in English - after all, more than 90% of the so far collected literature has been published in English.
